Terms of service

1. The service

LexMind Contract provides automated assistance for a first-pass review of a contract. It identifies possible issues, points to supplied text and suggests questions or next steps. It is not a law firm, lawyer, legal opinion, approval, signature, negotiation or guarantee.

2. Your responsibility

You decide whether and how to use any output. Read the original contract, verify the facts and obtain qualified local legal advice for regulated, high-value, jurisdiction-specific or otherwise important matters. You must have authority to upload each document and must not rely on a result as the sole basis for a legal, financial or operational decision.

3. Eligibility and account

You must provide a reachable email address, keep access to it and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting any session token. We may suspend access to protect the service or investigate abuse.

4. Free quota and referrals

Each account receives three new-contract reviews per UTC calendar month. A qualifying invitation can grant three additional credits to the inviter after the invited account verifies its email and completes one successful review. Referral credits expire after 90 days, have no cash value and may be withheld or reversed for abuse, self-referral or automated sign-ups. We may change or end the free programme with notice.

5. Prohibited use

You may not upload malware, infringe another person’s rights, test the service for unauthorised access, evade limits, submit automated traffic, or use output to misrepresent that a lawyer or LexMind approved a contract. See the acceptable use policy.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided while we develop and improve it. Features, limits and providers may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular model, a particular outcome or that every clause will be detected.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and output are provided without warranties. LexMind is not responsible for a decision made without appropriate human or legal review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing terms

Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights remain available where they apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Contact us with questions before using the service.
