Privacy notice
This notice explains what LexMind collects, why we use it and how the Contract service handles documents. It applies to the public LexMind website and LexMind Contract unless a product-specific notice says otherwise.
Contract content is sensitive. Do not upload a document unless you are authorised to share it. LexMind Contract processes the uploaded file to produce a review; it does not approve, sign or guarantee the contract.
1. Information we receive
- Account information: email address, verification events, locale and session records.
- Review information: uploaded file or pasted text, the review options you choose, extracted language/page metadata and the generated findings.
- Usage information: credit, referral, security and audit events needed to enforce limits and prevent abuse.
- Technical information: request identifiers, basic operational logs and security signals. We do not use contract text for advertising profiles.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, run a requested review, show evidence and history, enforce the free-credit rules, prevent abuse, provide support, protect the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell contract content.
3. Model and service providers
To generate a review, extracted contract text may be sent to the model provider selected for the production deployment. LexMind will select providers with appropriate data-processing, no-training and retention terms before enabling live review. The current service refuses live review while the provider is not configured. The provider, region and relevant commitments will be listed in the product security information when enabled.
4. Retention and deletion
The P0 review boundary does not retain the original uploaded file after the request. Account records, generated findings and audit records remain until you delete the account or request deletion, subject to backups, fraud prevention and legal retention requirements. The application includes account and review deletion controls; email privacy@lexmind.vip for a data request.
5. International processing
LexMind is designed for a global audience. Information may be processed in countries where LexMind or its approved providers operate. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer and publish material provider changes.
6. Your choices
You may stop using the service, delete your account, request access or correction, and ask about deletion or portability. We may need to verify the request and retain a limited record of it.
7. Children and high-risk material
The service is intended for adults and professional users. Do not upload secrets, credentials, health records or highly regulated material unless your organisation has approved the workflow and the applicable provider terms.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the product and providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions and requests can be sent to privacy@lexmind.vip.
